Buyerframe is a Shopify app from Free Range Apps. This policy describes the data the app stores when a merchant installs it.

What we collect

Through Shopify's APIs we read company, catalog, product, theme, and store-credit data needed to preview B2B pricing in the Theme Editor. We do not read or store buyer contact details, checkout data, or payment information.

On our servers we store:

• Shopify OAuth sessions for merchant staff who open the app
• Preview personas the merchant creates in the app
• Per-theme scan manifests used to drive Theme Editor preview

Optional in-app feedback may include shop domain, shop name, plan, and a reply email the merchant types. Those messages are forwarded to email or GitHub and are not written to the app database.

How we use it

Only to run Buyerframe: authenticate the merchant, preview catalog pricing, and restore preview state in the Theme Editor. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Shop data is deleted when the app is uninstalled and when Shopify sends the mandatory shop/redact webhook. We do not keep a backup copy of that shop after teardown.
